Meet our global ledership team
John Cochrane
John is a proud American-born Kiwi who began his career as a Semiconductor process engineer in what is now known as "Silicon Beach" in Southern California. He has since lived and worked across the globe, with over 25 years in senior management roles - in both public and private sectors, large and small organizations.
John developed a depth of experience in predictive maintenance helping numerous tier 1 manufacturers optimize their operations through improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and enhancing worker safety.
As the leader of the Facteon Group, John's passion is to deliver our latest innovations to new customers in new locations. Building durable trust-based relationships is at the core of John's leadership style.
Reinaldo Silva
Reinaldo is our General Manager of Sales, and Board Director. His main goal is to ensure that all our customers and partners have the best possible business outcomes and experience working with us.
His experience leading a number of different functions at Facteon over the years has provided him with a great level of understanding, and hands-on experience on what it takes to deliver great outcomes to our customers and partners.
Victor Ding
Victor has more than 12 years of management experience in diverse fields, benefiting from his educational background in different periods, which has created his rich management ability. The engineering machinery background has given him a rigorous and logical technical foundation combined with a better understanding of the essence of manufacturing, and the MBA education has infused Victor's management with a systematic approach. His global work experience opened up his international perspective.
Victor has made remarkable achievements in strategic management and operations, as well as marketing and sales of multinational enterprises. As a Director and Vice GM of the company, he is committed to strengthening the cooperation between China and New Zealand and injecting strong impetus into the high-quality development of the Group.
Mark Ray
Mark believes in helping others achieve their goals by offering valuable insights and support whenever possible. Early in his career, Mark worked at the US Commercial Services supporting US companies export their goods. Following this, Mark spent over 15 years in Asia working in private enterprises supporting a variety of companies in industries such as advanced materials, manufacturing, and industrial machinery with their international expansion goals.
Now based in North America, Mark is utilizing his international experience to support Facteon’s global strategic initiatives while also supporting Facteon’s North American customers achieve their advanced manufacturing goals.
Andrew Stackpole
As General Manager of Manufacturing, Andrew is a strategic leader continuously working to ensure all project-contributing teams are in tune and in step with each other, working in an ever-increasing versatile manner across all disciplines, trades,
and pressure points within the project life-cycle. He manages the entire build process from initial assembly through to installation and commissioning, both in Facteons facilities and on customer sites.

Ken Jakeman
As Facteon’s Chief Engineer, Ken brings an unrivalled depth of technical expertise and commercial acumen. Championing the culture of innovation within Facteon, Ken leads our R&D function while collaborating with our engineering, machinery assembly and digital manufacturing teams. Having held a variety of leadership and mechanical engineering roles internationally, Ken’s wealth of knowledge informs Facteon’s product roadmap and strategic direction. He holds a NZCE and Bachelor of Engineering, First Class, from University of Canterbury, New Zealand. Ken is also IntPE and CPEng registered.
Kate Watson
Kate leads Facteon’s HR function, which includes looking after our people based in New Zealand, the USA, and Mexico.
With a background in law, Kate is a highly experienced HR professional with experience across the public and private sector. Kate is a trusted business advisor committed to building positive, high-performing work cultures.
